What You'll Do:

Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
Coordinate and oversee resident care plans, addressing any issues that arise during shifts.
Interact with residents and families, promoting a compassionate and customer-focused environment.
Uphold organizational standards of excellence, integrity, and compliance in daily operations.
Utilize clinical and administrative tools to manage care delivery and team performance effectively.

What You'll Need:

High school education (required)
Active, unencumbered Connecticut LPN licensure
CPR certification
Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance.
